Here's what I learned... Part 1
Hey there, Welcome! What's all this about, you ask? Let me tell you. I started I Learned it on the Lane with one, simple goal in mind. To bring attention to a subject nobody else seems to be talking about. More on that in a bit... what? c'mon, I have to build a little suspense... it's the first post.
As a former car dealership employee, I've learned the hard way that it's tough to keep a positive attitude day in and day out. Chances are that if you're here, I don't need to convince you of this. You know it too well. Cue the mental health talk. That's what I'm here for. It's time for us to recognizes the automotive industry's greatest asset (their people), are worn out and tired. So, this is your invitation to join in on the journey. While a single person can't single-handedly change everything at once, my hope is that if you've found this place, you can relate to the weekly post and find a little inspiration.
